Initial Ideas for Final MV

Golden Hour by JVKE Released on 15th of July, 2022, Emotional
An amplification narrative MV with the story of a girl becoming successful by never giving up. We are thinking of using a ‘talent’ as the hook, such as piano, dancing, acting, etc. The pro of this MV idea is that the lyrics is fits this narrative storyline very well but the con is that it would be hard to shoot someone growing up.

Last Christmas by Ariana Grande Released on 1st of January, 2013, Festive
A performance MV with a Christmas Vibe. We’re probably going to create a Christmas party scenery where we “play” Christmas games while we perform. The pro of this MV idea is that it’s easy to find a rental place during the Christmas holidays with a heavy Christmas atmosphere so we don’t need to worry about the setting and costume, the con is that it would be hard to make the MV different and unique from the original and re-created ones.

Shake It Off by Taylor Swift Released on 19th of August, 2014, Pop
A conceptual MV with the theme of not caring about what others think. There will probably be one main character through the whole MV or multiple characters that have their own way of not caring. The pro of this MV idea is that we do not need to prepare a lot on the mise-en-scene side, the con is that we would probably need a lot of editing to make it interesting and we would also need to find a lot of people to help as act in the MV.
