created my digipak by using photoshop by myself

I mainly used screenshots of our MV and I played around with the filters and parameter settings. I’ve decided to set the digipak in a grayish blue color because I feel that blue represents heartbreak feelings the most. I’ve used light pink fonts and details to decorate it as pink hints that the love is still there and it also makes it look more interesting and modern

Front:

For the front cover, I chose a screenshot of Shirley and Justin together to make clear that the song is a song about love. I applied the color balance and hue saturation adjustment layer to the background to turn it into the blue and pink tone I want. I then hand-written the name of the song on the front cover to make it more unique.

Back:

For the background layer, I cropped a section of a picture of the waves water created when I dived down. The pattern looks cool when I have added filters to it. After I was satisfied with the texture, I adjusted the saturation and color because at first it was too saturated and green which does not fit my theme. I’ve then used black font to write down the most important lyrics and added a pink layer beneath because the black by itself does not stand out. I had the bar code, website, and copyright at the left down corner.

Inside left:

I created this by removing the background of the image of a truck we had in our filming. I changed it’s color from three tones of yellow to blue and pink to match the rest of the digipak. I then wrote some background info about the song and artist to inform the audience. I then also write down a few key roles that we had in our album.

And these are all in pink simplistic font style.

Inside right:

I created the disk with another screen shot of the MV and I color graded it and made it into pixels. To make the CD fit into the whole color of the digipak, I used the circular tool and made the text surround the CD. This was a challenge because I had to adjust the size of font and space between words to just the right settings to make it fit into a circle.
